Budget Wand Requests
Monitor Requests allows you to monitor concurrent requests that are being processed by Oracle’s concurrent manager. This form will not lock up Excel, and whilst open you will still be able to continue to work.
Display Options
| Option | Description |

| Number of records to display | Determines how many records to display in the monitor requests form. |
| Only requests in progress | Display all concurrent requests that have a phase status of ‘Pending’ or ‘Running’. |
| Only Wands requests | This will only display requests that could have been submitted from Wands.

Additional Information
The number of records in Oracles budget interface table (GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE) is displayed here. This is to assist users in determining if any records are stuck or have not processed correctly. This is not applicable when loading Budget Journals.
Viewing Output and Log Files
You can view the output and log files of a request. The request must have a phase state of “Completed”.
To view the output of a request
- Select the request in the from the list.
- Click on the “Output” button.
To view the log file of a request
- Select the request in the from the list.
- Click on the “Log” button.
