User Profile

In order to identify you within the application you need to complete your user profile. These details will be defaulted from the data contained in your ERP system, should it be populated.

Success Community

We have implemented a single sign on process in order to facilitate easy access to the Wands Success Community. The Success Community is becoming a critical resource and we wanted to make it as easy as possible for users to seamlessly navigate from the product to the Success Community. Please note the following important information regarding the single sign on process:

  1. By default, this single sign on option is enabled for all users.
  2. System Administrators can control this setting for all users via the System Administrator User Options screen.
  3. The process requires a one time activation for the user. This can be done using the “Activate” button as seen on the above screenshot.
  4. If the user has not yet activated single sign on they will see the following prompt the next time they access the Success Community or the user guide from inside the product.
  5. From here they can either choose to disable the single sign on feature or execute the once off activation process.
  6. Once activated, the user will not be prompted to log on when navigating to the Success Community or the user guide.

Note that the user’s single sign on credentials are bound to internal Ids in the application. Should these Ids change for any reason the activation process can simply be re-executed.
