GL Wand User Options
Configure your user preferences.
Option | Description |

Use COPA | To use the COPA balance function select this option and choose the operating concern to work with. |
Use Customers | To use the Customers balance function select this option. |
Use Vendors | To use the Vendors balance function select this option. |
Use SPL | To use the SPL balance function select this option and choose the table group to work with. |
Use Consolidations | To use Consolidations select this option. |
Hierarchy level spans columns | When populating expand hierarchy results, span the hierarchy levels across columns. |
Ignore blocked GL accounts | Select this to ignore GL accounts that have been blocked for posting at the chart of account level when expanding. |
Company code specific | Select this to use the company code level GL accounts instead of the chart of account level. This will also select the company code-specific cost center instead of the controlling area level. |
Calculation drills to new workbook | When enabled, drilling down from a function (calculation) will populate the results into a new workbook. |
Drilldown drills to new workbook | When enabled, drilling down from a previous drill-down report will populate the results into a new workbook. |
Double click enabled | When disabled, a double click in Excel will no longer open lists of values and execute drill-downs.

Suppress zeros on drilldown | Exclude items in the balance drill-down report if the opening balance, debit movement, credit movement, and closing balance are all zero. |
Display cleared items | Include cleared line items within the line item drill down |
Read Archive | Drill to line item level from the Classic GL detail balance will read the archive for SAP standard archive configuration. Requires launch configuration options. See Launch Configuration |
Show last calculated values | Shows the last calculated value, if available, when performing an action that triggers an Excel calculation (except using the refresh buttons which always calculates a new result). |
Auto refresh when workbook opened | By default, a workbook will not calculate Wands formulas when it is opened. This option can be used to control this behavior.

Disable Excel multi-threaded calculation mode | When ticked, the Excel multi-threaded calculation mode will be disabled when a calculation is performed using one of the Wands refresh buttons |
Ignore CCA balance debit type | When ticked, the calculation does not take into account the debit type indicator when calculating debit and credit values |
