Load SKF
The Load Statistical Key Figure function is used to load plan quantities based on the parameters that you enter. Per SAP, SKF’s can be planned against specific CO objects that we’ve included as optional parameters within the function. Clicking the Load Statistical Key Figure function on the Planning Wand toolbar will open the Load Statistical Key Figure Wizard.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Quantity | The plan quantity to be loaded. |
Controlling Area | Defaults based on the Company Code selected. |
Year | The fiscal year to be planned. |
Period From | The starting range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
Period To | The ending range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
Version | The Version as configured in SAP to which plan values are being loaded. |
Header Text | (Optional) the Text that will be written into the document header within SAP. |
Replace or Add | Replace – New plan values will replace any existing plan values in SAP.
Add – New plan values will be added to any existing plan values in SAP. |
Statistical Key Figure | The SKF to be planned. |
Cost Center | The Cost Center to be planned. |
Activity Type | (Optional) the Activity Type to be included against the SKF. |
Internal Order | (Optional) the Internal to be included against the SKF. |
Work Breakdown Structure | (Optional) the WBS to be included against the SKF. |
