Hide Zeros
Hide Zeros is used to hide rows on a report that only contain zero values. This is very useful for formatting a report which includes many rows where, for example, a number of accounts are not used in a particular cost centre or have no balances in a certain period. At the click of a button you can hide all the rows that contain only zeros.
- Select a range on the report.
- Navigate to GL Wand | Tools | Other | Hide Zeros.
- GL Wand will now process the selected range, and hide any rows that only have zero values in them.
Make sure you select the entire report range on those rows, as any cells outside the range will not be checked. If there are non-zero values on the row that are not selected, the row will be hidden.
