License Key Errors
The following are the possible license key error messages that you may see and the suggested action you should take.

The license key is invalid. No license key reader was found to process this license key version. | Ensure that you captured the license key correctly. If you confirm that the key is correctly captured then request a new key and note in the request that the previous key gave this error. |
There is no license key present. Please contact your system administrator indicating that they should request a license key and load it into the application. | Contact your system administrator as indicated. |
The license key is invalid as it is not the correct length. | Ensure that you captured the license key correctly. If you confirm that the key is correctly captured then request a new key and note in the request that the previous key gave this error. |
The license key is invalid for this domain or it could not be decrypted. | Ensure that you captured the license key correctly. If you confirm that the key is correctly captured then request a new key and note in the request that the previous key gave this error. |
The license key is invalid as an invalid product Id was found. | Ensure that you captured the license key correctly. If you confirm that the key is correctly captured then request a new key and note in the request that the previous key gave this error. |
You are not licensed for any Wands products. Please contact your system administrator and ask them to activate your user for the applicable product. | Contact your system administrator as indicated. |
There are too many users allocated for product XX. | Contact your system administrator and request that they correct the license allocation for this product. |
The version you are using was released after your support expiry date. Please revert to using a version that you are licensed for. | Contact your system administrator and request that they downgrade to a supported version. |
