Errors and Troubleshooting
Below are a number of possible error messages with the actions that you should take in each case.

| Minimum Supported Java Version | Minimum Supported Java Version is 6 update 10 or higher* |
| Error creating registry key | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
| Wands already running | The Wands are already running. You can only run one instance at a time. |
| Fatal Exception | There are a number of possible errors that could occur that would result in a fatal exception message. Review the detail of the message and take the suggested corrective action. |
| Request could not be instantiated | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
| Transaction Cancelled Exception | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
* Java Runtime Environment version 7 update 45 or higher is required if you intend using Dropbox as the drive type for the Shared Templates feature.
