Load Activity Input
The Load Activity Input function is used to load plan quantities based on the parameters that you enter. Clicking the Load Activity Input function on the Planning Wand toolbar will open the Load Activity Input Wizard.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Quantity | The plan quantity to be loaded. |
Controlling Area | Defaults based on the Company Code selected. |
Year | The fiscal year to be planned. |
Period From | The starting range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
Period To | The ending range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
Distribution Key | If a range of periods is used in the Period From and Period To parameters, the Distribution Key determines how to spread the plan value among the periods. If just a single period is defined, the Distribution Key parameter has no relevance.
Distribution Key 1 – distribute the input value equally across the plan periods. Distribution Key 2 – distribute the input value according to the pattern of the existing plan for that Version (if a plan exists for the Version to be planned). Distribution Key 7 – distribute the input value among the individual periods according to the number of calendar days per period. Distribution Key 11 – distribute the input value according to the activity quantity planned on the Cost Center. |
