Errors and Troubleshooting
Below are a number of possible error messages with the actions that you should take in each case.

Minimum Supported Java Version | Minimum Supported Java Version is 6 update 10 or higher* |
Error creating registry key | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
Wands already running | The Wands are already running. You can only run one instance at a time. |
Fatal Exception | There are a number of possible errors that could occur that would result in a fatal exception message. Review the detail of the message and take the suggested corrective action. |
Request could not be instantiated | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
Transaction Cancelled Exception | This is a low level technical error and should not occur. If you see this error log a support case on our web site. |
* Java Runtime Environment version 7 update 45 or higher is required if (1) you are using an Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 environment which has been integrated with Oracle Access Manager 11g using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate or (2) you intend using Dropbox as the drive type for the Shared Templates feature.
** 64 bit Java Runtime Environment is not supported when using Java Web Start and Internet Explorer.
